Back in April 2018, a few of my photog friends and I jetted off to Alberta, Canada to see Banff National Park; a quick pit-stop before we flew into Vancouver for the first ever Cabin Fever Retreat (a photography workshop) in the Sunshine Coast. The Banff National Park lakes were still COMPLETELY frozen over in April and it was completely memorizing. We are talking frozen to the point that we would walk across the lakes in inches of snow and not worry about falling through in the slightest. I can't wait to come back here in all of it's vibrant blue summer form!
